Then you cut them down to bite-sized pieces . This is a great snack and you could even use these in a luchbox as well.

The next snack I wanted to share with you is actually cut fruit pizzas. These are very simple to make and they are very healthy.

The next snack idea is perfect for summer .these are frozen yougurt banan bites or frozen yogurt blueberry bites.

To make this take some yougurt( you can use greek yougurt because it has little bit more protein in it.) then you just add some chopped up fruit like banana and bluberry to it. then coat each piece and then put it onto a baking tray. now you have to do is stick that into the freezer for few hours or overnight. and they will freeze and it’s a really nice snack .

You can also make a whole banana, you can put a pedicle stick at the bottom of it and then give it a nice coating and then you can also add some sprinkles or chocolate chips topping like this. And you just put them in the freezer.

Apple Nachos

I personally love this next one it’a apple nachos. these are so delecious and there’s a bit of protein on them to keep kids fuller for longer as well. it is realy quick and easy to make.

so first cut up your apples like normally would and then over the top of them you add some nut butter and some honey. Finally sprinkle on some raisins or sugar-free chocolate chips.

To make them, just chuck everthing into a food processor :start with almonds, then add Medjool dates, some coconut oil, some pulse, raw cacao powder, and a little almond butter. Mix it all together . and then when you have your pest, you basically just roll it into little bit balls and place that into baking stay and then put that into the freezer for one hours.

kids love them because the dates make them really sweet, but they also have a ton of good thing in them gives them lot of energy. they are just really delicious.
