Today i have brought a very amazing recipe for tea time for you. So on a rainy evening when you feel hungry, you can prepare and eat this very intresting dish. Which is easy to make. Neither butter, butter paper nor bitters have been used in it. You need two eggs. If you have 2 eggs, then this cake will be ready in 2 minutes. You can make it in a juicer machine without any effort. Yoh have to grind sugar beforehand. It is very soft and and without any hassle. So, let’s start the recipe without any delay.
Ingredient
- Eggs – 2
- Cooking oil – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup (grinded)
- Vanilla essence – 1/3 tbsp
- Milk – 1/4 cup (boiled and at room temperature)
- All-purpose flour (fine flour) – 1 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tbsp
- Food color – (optional)
- Oil (for greasing the tin) – 1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour (for dusting the tin) – 1 tbsp
Prepare the egg:
To make this tea cake, first of all take 2 eggs and break them well. Along with this, you should also keep a frying pan on the gas on medium flame to heat it. So that you can use it immediately in the end.
Keep in mind: Just keep on things in mind that the eggs kept in the fridge should not be cold because all the things used in baking are room temprature. It should neither be hot nor cold.
Prepare the egg’s mixer:
Now take a mixer’s jar and put prepared eggs in a jar along this with add 1/4 cups cooking oil, add 1 cup of sugar and now add 1/3 tbsp of vanilla essence in it. You can also add a pinch of food color in it, this is optional, You can skip it if you want, just a little color looks beautiful on the cake.
Now you will blend it. So here you have a lot tips. When you have put it in the blending jar and blend it, then you have to use the light speed button. Do not use the speed button, You blend it at very light speed and only for 1 minute.
Add milk:
After blending, you will pour in bowl and add 1/4 cup milk. Now mix it well. 1/4th milk should already be boiled and at normal temperature.
Make a batter:
When your milk and egg mixture mixes well then you can add some ingredients to it and make its batter. For which, take a sieve and put 1 cup fine flour and 1 tbsp of baking powder in it. Filter both of them well. And then mix them well. And it has to be mixed well so that there will no lumps left in it.
Keep in mind: Mix it in 1 direction. You have rotate the spoon in one particular direction.
Prepare the Cake Tin:
After mixing the batter well and preparing it, you will prepare the cake tin. For this, take the cake tin and add 1 spoon of oil in it and apply it all around with the help of a brush. Now you will put 1 tbsp of fine flour inside tin and flatten it all around. So that it becomes a single layer, You will cover the tin everywhere.So that your cake will not stick to the tin.
Bake the cake:
After preparing the tin, pour all the prepared baitter into tin. And you will tap it a little so that the air comes out. Now you will put it top of the stand inside the pree heat pan. Now cover it and bake it on a slightly higher flame than the normal flame for 40 minutes. So that it gets baked comfortably.
Serve it:
Now let the cake cool down a little after 40 minutes. Then take it out gently and cut it like bread slices. Now your amezing spoongy and soft cake will be ready. SO you can make it easily at home. Now you can serve it with tea in the morning and evening.

Tips:
- Instead of using a mixer jar, you can also prepare it by continuously beating it with your hands.
- The egg should not be cold in the fridge, it should be at room temperature.
- Keep the frying pan to preheat
- You will prepare the batter by continuously mixing it in one direction.
- Make sure to put a single layer of flour in the cake tin so that the cake does not stick.
