Hello friends, welcome to my new recipe. Today’s recipe is very special for paneer lovers. Which is paneer fried rice recipe. Today I have brought for you the recipe of hotel style paneer fried rice. From today you will make it at home with homemade ingredients and will not eat it in the hotel. So let’s start making the recipe without any delay.

Ingredient
- Basmati Rice – 1.5 cups
- Water – 3 times the amount of rice (for boiling)
- Paneer – 200 grams (cut into small cubes)
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Dark Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Chilli Paste – 1 tbsp
- Oil – As needed (for non-stick preparation and frying)
- Garlic – 8-10 cloves (chopped)
- Onion – 1 medium-sized (chopped)
- Green Chili – 1 (chopped)
- Ginger – 1 inch piece (chopped)
- Capsicum (Red, Yellow, Green) – Chopped (3 colors)
- Cabbage – 1 cup (chopped)
- Vegetable Aromatic Seasoning – 2 tsp
- Salt – To taste
- Coriander Leaves – For garnish
- Butter – 1 spoon (optional, for flavor)
- Tomato Ketchup – For serving
Paneer Fried Rice
Soaked rice:

To make paneer fried rice first of all you have to soak the rice. For which take 1.5 cup of basmati rice and then wash it will with water. After washing it thoroughly, soak it for at least 1/2 hour.
Boil the rice:

After the rice is soaked, add 3 times water of rice in the vessel and boil it well.As soon as you boil the rice, take it out of the water immediately because it Observe water. And as soon as it Observe water, it start becoming soggy. Now spread it in an open vessel due to which what happens is that it gets air and it cool down and the sticky feeling from outside disappears.
Marinating the paneer:
While your rice is cooling down, you can get the paneer ready. For which take a 200 gram paneer and cuts it in small cubes.
Prepare the sauce:

After the rice cools down, you can prepare the sauce. For this take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of dark soya sauce and 1 tbsp of chilli paste. Now mix it well.
Make the wok nonstick:

To make paneer fried rice, heat the pan and make it non-stick. For this, take a pan and pour some oil in it and apply oil all around. When the oil is hot, swirl it in the pan. It behaves like a non-stick pan, so the rice does not stick to it. Now you should remove the used oil because the oil would have burnt a lot while making the pan non-stick.
Stire the onion:
Now add 1 tbsp oil and heat it up. The oil should be very hot. The flame of the gas should be full. Now add 8-10 chopped clove of garlic and stire it lightly. Along with this add a fine chopped medium size onion. Now you will stire it continuously until the onions are slightly.
Add vegetables:

Once the onion become slightly then chopped 1 green chili, 1 inch chopped ginger both of them have a very good taste. And along with this add chopped capsicum of 3 colors, red, yellow and green add 1 cup of chopped cabage. Now you will saute on high flame.
Keep in mind: Whenever vegetables are sauted in this way. It should be kept in mind that the vegetables should not leave water. This is done on high flame.
Add paneer:

Now you will add prepared paneer and let’s saute the peneer along with the vegetables.
Add sauce:

When your vegetables are sauted then make a small hole in the middle. And add a prepared sauce. What happens by putting it in this way? A smoky flavor devlops here because by doing it this way it will get a direct hit. But be careful that it does not burn. Now quickly mix everything well.
Add boiled rice:

As soon as you have mixed the sauce add the boiled rice with this add 2 tsp veg aromatic, add salt to taste. Now you will saute the ricee on high flame. And it will bring a nice smoky flavor.
Keep in mind: Don’t touch the rice too much. If you touch the rice too much then the rice will start breaking.
You will saute it for about 1-2 minute. After that springle the some coriander leaves. Along with this, you should add 1 spoon of butter to it. This will enhance the taste of your rice a lot.
Serve it:
Now your smoky paneer fried rice will be ready. Now you are going to enjoy it a lot by serving it with tomato ketchup. As soon as you eat it, you will remember the hotel or restaurant.

Tips:
- Do not stir the rice too much.
- You can spread it over rice and cool it.
- You can also add lemon juice instead of vinegar.
- Do not overcook the vegetables.
- Keep in mind that your vegetables should not release water.
