Bread Dessert : Hello friends welcome back to my new recipe. Today I am sharing with you, the quick bread dessert recipe. You need very less effort and ingredients to prepare this. But it will taste amazing with satisfaction. So let’s start without any delay.

Ingredients :-
For the Milk Mixture
- 2 cups milk (low-fat or full-fat)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla-flavored custard powder
- 1/4 cup milk (room temperature or chilled, for custard mixture)
For the Rabdi
- 3-4 tablespoons milk powder
- 3-4 tablespoons prepared custard mixture (from above)
For the Bread
- 7-8 slices of fresh bread (corners removed)
- 1/2 cup chilled milk (for dipping bread)
Optional for Garnish
- Chopped dry fruits (such as almonds, pistachios)
Boil the milk:

To make instant bread dessert, first of all boil the milk and make it ready. For which first you take 2 cups of milk in a pan. You can use either low fat or full fat milk. Now turn on the flame and let it come to a boil. Then turn the flame low and let it cook for 2-3 minutes more or until starts getting thick.
Add sugar:
When you notice that your milk starts thickening then you add 1/4 cup of sugar and some cardamom powder. Now mix it well. And cook further for 3-4 minutes. Let it cook on low flame.
Prepare the custard mixture:

While your milk is cooking, you should prepare the custard mixture. For which take 1 tbsp vanilla flavoured custard powder and add 1/4 cup of milk you can use either room temperature or chilled milk. Now mix well there should not be any lumps. This will make the milk creamier and thicker.
Add mixture into the milk:

When your milk starts thickening then you can add custard mixture into the milk slowly and keep mixing. Pour the mixture little by little, otherwise it will become very lumpy and it won’t cook perfectly. Now cook it for 3-4 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy.
Keep in mind: Make sure you keep mixing until you get thick and smooth texture.
When your milk mixture thickens then you turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool down.
Prepare the bread:

While your milk is cooling down, you can prepare the bread. For which, take fresh 7-8 bread slice and cut the corners. After cutting the corner your bread slices will be ready .
Make rabdi:

Now you prepare the rabdi for bread stuffing. For which, take 3-4 tbsp milk powder and add 3-4 tbsp prepared custard mixture. And mix it well. Now your rabdi will be ready. You can adjust the thickness by adding some milk.
Spread the rabdi over the bread slice:

When your rabdi is ready then you spread the over a bread slice. This will give extra moisture to the bread. It will turn out just like Rasmalai you get in market. For extra richness, add some chopped dry fruits. Now cover it with other bread slice and press lightly.
Dip bread into the milk:

Now cut the bread in triangle and prepare the all bread slices the same way. Take 1/2 cup chilled milk and dip prepared bread into the milk. This will give moisture to the bread. And don’t dip for too long. Keep them on a serving plate.
Pour the prepared milk:

After placing all the slices in the serving plate, pour prepared milk generously coat it nicely from all the sides. Now your instant bread rasmalai will be almost ready. And Garnish it with dry fruits at the end.
Serve it:

Now your Bread dessert will be ready in just 10-15 minutes. You can make it to please your special guest.

tips:
- You can adjust the quantity of sugar as per your taste.
- You can also add few saffron strands for colour and flavouring.
- Try to use very fresh bread.
- You can use desiccated coconut or fresh khoya instead of milk powder.
- You can even cut it in squares or roundels.
