Eggless Fluffy Pancakes recipe
Today I am sharing with you a pancake recipe that will be ready in just 4-5 minutes. Japanees flully Pancake is a very popular recipe and I’m sharing with you it’s Eggless version.These pancakes will turn out really fluffy and soft, and their texture will be really superb.In the end, i will serve it with powdered sugar, butter, maple syrup and I will also serve whipped cream and Nutella.
You can serve it with various different options. and you can make this pancake recipe within 5 minutes. This recipe is very simple and quick. If you have kids at home who love pancakes then you can quickly make this recipe easily with simple ingredients. Lets start this recipe without any delay.
Ingredients for Eggless Japanese Fluffy Pancakes
- For Buttermilk:
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 2 tsp vinegar
- For Pancake Batter:
- 1 cup refined flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Prepared buttermilk (from above)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- For Serving:
- Powdered sugar
- Honey
- Butter
- Maple syrup
- Whipped cream
- Nutella
Prepare the buttermilk
For this pancake recipe, first of all prepare the buttermilk quickly and easily.
So let’s make quick buttermilk, Add 2 teaspoons of vinegar to 1 cup of lukewarm milk in a bowl. Now, you don’t need to mix these two, just let it rest for 2-3 minutes. After resting, your buttermilk is ready.
Make a batter for pancakes:
Once your buttermilk is ready, Now let’s make the batter for pancakes. So In a strainer, add 1 cup refined flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and salt to taste. Now sieve all these dry ingredients thoroughly.
Add butter milk:
Now add wet ingredients to dry mixture. add the buttermilk that you made earlier along with it 2 tbsp melted butter and 1 tbsp of vanilla essence. Now, combine everything well using a whisk.
Keep in mind: keep in mind not to over-whisk the batter or don’t whisk it for too long. Just mix enough to combine all the ingredients together.
Now, a quick batter for your eggless pancakes is ready.
Trick:
Now, before cooking the pancakes, add the batter to a pipping bag. This is an optional step, You can make the pancakes using a ladle too.
Cook the pancakes:
Now to cook the pancakes, heat a non-stick pan nicely. Once the pan is hot, then reduce the flame to medium heat. Now Spread the pancake batter onto the pan as desired.
Keep in mind: Keep in mind that you have to gently spread these pancakes. You don’t have to flatten them too much, otherwise your pancakes won’t turn out to be fluffy.
Let the pancakes cook from one side for 1-1.5 minutes. Once your pancake is golden brown from 1 side then carefully flip it. After flipping it, you have to cook them similarly from the other side too. After flipping them, increase the flame of the gas high. So that your pancakes rise nicely & become fluffy. When they are nicely golden brown from the other side too then your fluffy eggless pancakes ready.
