Easy and healthy lunch box ideas for kids
1st day tiffin ideas(Monday)
Monday is the beginning of the week so there should be some healthy and tasty tiffin so that kids can feel more energetic and excited. So Here are some suggestions for their lunchbox:
- Any one fruit
- Some Dry fruit
- Aloo tikki
- Sandwich
Aloo tikki
To make potato tikki, put boiled potatoes, capsicum, carrots, green coriander and onions in a bowl. If your children like ginger and chilli, then you can also add ginger and chilli in small quantities
after this add some black pepper powder, salt as per taste, some dry mango powder in it . Then mix all these well and make tikkis from it.
When cooking for kids, use ghee or butter. After preparing the tikki, cook it well on a medium flame.
Sandwich
To make a sandwich, first take a bread, then apply butter on it and place 4 pieces of cucumber on top. next apply mint chutney over cucumber , if the child does not like chutney then you can also apply ketchup. Then put a piece of cheese on it and then cover it with bread.
2st day tiffin ideas(Tuesday)
The next day, pack the following recipes in the kid’s tiffin, which are healthy as well as tasty –
Banana: Keep a banana in the tiffin. If the tiffin is small then cut it in half, wrap it cleanly and keep it.
Cucumber: Keep cucumber pieces in the tiffin.
Namkeen/Boiled Chole: If the children love to eat namkeen then keep some light namkeen in the tiffin. If you do not want to keep namkeen then you can keep boiled Chole/chickpeas instead.

3st day tiffin ideas(Wednesday)
On the third day, pack a protein and nutrient-rich tiffin for the kids that they will gobble down with gusto –
- Raw Paneer: Children love raw paneer and they should eat it because it is protein rich.
- Apple pieces: It is important for children to eat fruits at this age, so keep apple pieces along with paneer in the tiffin.
- Sweet Makhana: Give children sweet makhana made of jaggery in the tiffin.

4st day tiffin ideas(Thursday)
For the fourth day’s tiffin, you can keep a combination of paratha and crunchy snacks like papad in the children’s tiffin –
- Fruit: Keep grapes as fruit in the tiffin of the fourth day.
- Cucumber: Cut the cucumber into thin pieces and keep them.
- Chips: Children like chips a lot, so keep crunchy things in their tiffin on the fourth day.
- Paratha

Kids love to eat this type of paratha. For this, first prepare a dry filling with potatoes and peas. Then roll the roti(Indian bread) and cook these pieces lightly. Place the potato and pea filling in the center of each piece, fold it into a triangle, and cook it on a pan.
5st day tiffin ideas(Friday)
For the 5th day tiffin, keep the following recipes in the children’s tiffin –
- Curd: Put whipped curd in the children’s tiffin. Add some salt, black pepper, roasted cumin, grated potato and some fresh guava to the curd. Then mix them well.
- Dry Fruits: On the 5th day, put dry fruits in the children’s tiffin. While putting dry fruits, make sure that the dry fruits are of the child’s choice.
