When it comes to cookies one of the most popular cookies are the chocolate chip cookies, there are different recipes but today i’m going to share a really simple chocolate chip cookie recipe with you guys which is eggless and you can make them in minutes. If you’re looking for delicious cookies to make this Christmas, this recipe is perfect for you.

Ingredient
- All-Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 ½ cups
- Corn Flour – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Baking Soda – ½ teaspoon
- White Granulated Sugar – ¼ cup
- Brown Sugar – ½ cup
- Unsalted Butter (softened) – ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
- Boiled and Cooled Milk – ¼ cup (plus a little extra, if needed)
- Dark Chocolate Chips – ½ cup (save a few for garnishing)
Gather and Prepare Dry Ingredients
To make this recipe, add 1 and 1/2 cups of allpurpose flour (maida) in a bowl. After this, add 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Sieve the ingredients to remove any lumps.
Cream Butter and Sugars
After this, mix butter and sugar together. In another bowl, mix 1/4 cup white granulated sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. After this, add 1/2 cup unsalted soft butter. Now mix sugar and butter together.
Add Vanilla and Combine Dry Ingredients
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the butter and sugar mixture. Then, add half of the dry ingredients and mix. Add half of the chocolate chips and mix again. The dough will start to come together.
Incorporate Milk and Form Dough
Now, add 1/4 cup of cooled boiled milk and mix well. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and chocolate chips, saving a few chips for later. Mix everything together.
Chill the Dough
Now add the remaining milk and mix until everything is well incorporated. Use your hands to combine everything until you get a nice dough.
Now the cookie dough is ready, so let the dough chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Shape Cookie Dough Balls
After 30 minutes take out the dough from the refrigerator and start making small dough balls.
Divide the cookies dough into equal size dough balls. now place a few chocolate chips that you saved earlier on each dough ball and gently press it.
Bake the Cookies
Once chocolate dough ready, preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree. now bake for about 20 minutes at 180 C. after 20 minutes you can see the cookies are baked perfectly .
Chocolate chip cookies look absolutely fabulous now you can eat these hot and delicious with a glass of milk or you can store these in a nice airtight container and enjoy them whenever you like. These cookies are very simple to make you can make these in batches and I am sure everyone will love them.
