Hello friends welcome back to my new recipe. Today I am going to share with you a delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe. Chocolate chip cookies are big, soft and loaded with melty morsels of chocolate. These cookies stay soft for days. If you are a chocolate and cookie lover, then today’s recipe is going to be for you. Ingredient

  • Unsalted butter – 1 cup (2 sticks)
  • Light brown sugar – 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Eggs – 2, room temperature
  • Vanilla extract – 2 tablespoons
  • All-purpose flour – 3 cups
  • Baking powder – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips – 2 cups

Prepare the mixture:

To make the choclate chip cookies, In a large mixing bowl combine two sticks or 1 cup of unsalted butter with 1 cup of light brown sugar and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Now cream those together on medium-high speed until smooth.

Add eggs:

After mixing everything together, You will need 2 room temperature eggs. And add them one at a time, beating well with each condition. After that mix 2 tbsp of vanilla extract.

Preapre the flour’s mixture:

Now, In a seprate small mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 tbsp of salt. Whisk that together.

Add flour’s mixtur in creamed batter:

After whisking together, Add it to the creamed mixture in thirds. Adding it in thirds makes it much easier to blend. After blending it, add the remaining flour’s mixer to the cream and blend it well.

Add choclate chip:

After blending everything well, add 2 cups of semi-sweet choclate chips and folds those into the batter just until well combined. Now your cookie dough will be ready with perfect consistency.

While your cookie dough will be ready then you can roll your cookie dough ball by hand or ice cream scoop and put in greased tray. Make the cookies of the same size so that they get baked evenly.

After rolling the cookie dough, Bake in the center of pre-heated oven at 350F for about 13-15 minutes or until the edges are just turning golden. The tops should still look a little under baked, When you pull them out of the oven. After baking your cookies will be ready.

Cool down the cookies:

After taking the cookies out of the oven, you should keep them on the baking sheet for about 5-7 minutes. Because they are very soft and it will be difficult to take them out.

Serve It:

After cooling down your cookies will be completely ready. They are awesome and are very moist, sticky, soft, fluffy and tall. Your kids will go crazy for these delicious cookies.
