Crunchy Green Beans with Garlic, Sesame, and Peanuts: A Wholesome, Sweet-and-Spicy Delight

green beans : Hello friends welcome back to my new recipe. Today i am going to share with you simple greens beans with sesame and garlic. So it’s speciality is that, It can be made in 3 minutes. Green beans are actually very good for your eyes they help to maintain your weight. It is very rich in folic acid and fiber. Sesame seeds very good and very high in zinch and copper and excellent for arthritis. So let’s start this recipie without any delay.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams green beans (trimmed and de-threaded)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/3 tbsp cayenne pepper

Steam the green beans:

To make green beans with sesame and garlic, first of all you take 250 grams beans. And cut the only upper and lower part and remove the thread from side. Now, to make this crispy in nature. Just steam it for 5 to 7 minutes on a medium flame and then run it a little under cold water.

Add oil and garlic:

After steaming the beans, to make this dish. First heat a pan and add1 tbsp sesame oil and 4 cloves garlic.Now cook it a little while stirring it.

Add peanuts and sesame seeds:

Once the garlic turns brown, you will add 2 tbsp roasted peanuts and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Now slow down the gas. And keep stirring until they are popping.

Add Beans:

After popping the sesame seeds, you will add pre-steamed beans. Now mix it well. Actully it’s already pre cooked so you won’t have to cook more. Just cook it until all the beans cooked with sesame seeds.

Add brown sugar or coconut sugar:

When your beans cooked with sesame seeds, then add 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar. It gives the sweetness in your beans and it just cuts the nutty flavor.

Add seasoning:

At the end you will add 1 tbsp tamari sauce because it’s gluten free and wheat free.Now mix it well. It gives a little sour flavor. Now add salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1/3 tbsp cayenne pepper. All of these will bring a different flavour to your dish.

Serve it:

Now your dish will be ready. If your friends are coming to your home and you can also serve it as salad, you can serve it cold. It is very wholesome dish because it has fiber, all important vitamins and it is high in protien and it is great for your health. It is so crunchy, spicy and delicious that one just feels like eating it.

Tips:

  • No need to cut the beans in pices.
  • You can also boil the beans in advance.
  • Don’t over cook pre cooked beans.
  • You can use soya sauce or tamari sauce.
  • You can serve it as hot or cold salad.
