5 Minute Breakfast with Just 2 Eggs and 1 Cup of Oats, A Quick and Delicious Morning Recipe

If you are a non-veg or eats only eggs and you wants to prepare the healthy brekfast within 5 minutes in the early morning. Then today’s recipe is going to be for you. You are going to prepare this instant breakfast quickly with just 2 eggs and 1 cup of oats.So let’s start this recipe without any delay.

Ingredient

  • Quick Oats – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black Pepper – to taste
  • Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 30 grams
  • Crushed Red Pepper – a pinch
  • Parsley – a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil (for cooking) – as needed
  • Tomato Sauce or Ketchup – for serving

5 minute breakfast recipes

Soak the milk and oats:

To make 5 minute recipe for breakfas. First prepared the the batter. For this take a bowl and add 1 cup quick oats and 1 cup milk. Now mix it and leave it to rest for minutes, Because oats soak the milk well.

Add egg:

After 5 minutes you will see that your milk and oats have thickened. Now add 2 eggs, first break 2 eggs in a bowl. Now mix it well with oats and milk. Mix it until there are no lumps left in the mixer.

Add spices

When you mixed eggs oats and milk well, then add salt to taste, sprinkle the black pepper, pour the 1 tbsp olive oil. Now mix it all together well.

After that to make this breakfast spicy and cheesy add in 30 gram mozzarella cheese and a pinch of crushed red pepper and pinch of parsley. Now again mix it well

Pour the mixture in pan:

When you mix everything in a bowl and a good batter is formed, then you can cook it. For this, first take a pan and add some vegetables in it. After spreading the oil, pour the oat mixture in the pan and spread it gently in the pan.

Cooked the breakfast:

Spread the oats mixture in a pan, place the pan on the gas and turn on the flame. Now cook it on medium-low flame for 3-5 minutes.

After 5 minutes you will see that your breakfast has been set nicely and one side will also be cooked. So then flip over and fry another side for 2-3 minutes. Now after 2-3 minutes your breakfast will be ready.

Serve it:

After the breakfast is ready in 5 minutes, you can serve it with tomato sauce or ketchup. To serve it, first of all you cut the breakfast like a pizza and then spread some ketchup on the slices. As soon as the children eat it, they will forget to eat outside food. Because it is as tasty as it is healthy.
