Coconut Sesame Laddus: Hello everyone welcome back to my new recipe. we all love laddu especially with their homemade. It’s definitely a delight. So today I am going to share with you a very nice healthy laddu. It is called coconut sesame laddu or coconut til laddu. So let’s start without any delay and check out the recipe.

Coconut Sesame Laddus Ingredient
- Sesame Seeds – 1 cup (250 ml)
- Skinless Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Dry Desiccated Coconut – 3/4 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 2 tsp
- Grated Jaggery – 3/4 cup
- Ghee – 1 tsp (or as needed)
Roast the sesame seeds:
To make coconut sesame laddu, first you have to roast 1 cup of sesame seeds. For this, first take a pan and add 1 cup (250) ml of sesame seeds in it. Now keep roasting it until its color becomes light golden.
Keep in mind: Maintane the flame on a medium and roast the sesame seeds.
When you see that Your sesame seeds has become golden in color then turn off the gas flame. Now transfer it to a plate and keep it aside to cool down.
Roast the peanuts:
After roasting the sesame seeds you will roast the peanuts. For this, first take a same pan and add 1/2 cup skinless roasted peanuts. And you will just roast it just for about 1 to 2 minutes. So afetr roasting about 2 minutes keep it aside.
Now next, add 3-4 cup of dry desiccated coconut to the pan. And just roast it till turns to a lovely golden color. When you see that it’s turned to a lovely golden color then turn off the gas at this point. And keep it aside.
Keep in mind: Coconut turns pretty quickly so be careful you don’t want to burn the coconut.
Blend all ingredients together:
Once you have roasted all the ingredients, make sure you cool it completely. Now next, You will blend all the ingredients together for the laddu mixture. For this, take a mixter jar and add the roasted sesame seeds and peanuts. First blend both of these, then add roasted desiccated coconut, 2 tsp cardamom powder and 3/4 cup grated jaggery. Now blend all the ingredients together. Mix them till everything starts to bind together. After mixing transfer it into a bowl.
Add ghee:
After blending all the ingredients, add ghee to it. You can first add about 1 tsp ghee. If you need more you can always add a little extra later. Now mix it well. After mixing the ghee you will see that everything is starting to tie together nicely.
Make laddu:
After blending all the ingredients and mixing the ghee you can make laddus. For which, take a little bit of the mixture that you can hold in your palm and just keep rolling it until you get lovely round laddu. Similarly prepare laddus with the remaining mixture.
Serve it:
Now your sesame laddu will be ready. You can easily make it at home. You can make for a perfect snack. So you can make this in small batches and you can store it for up to 2 to 3 days. If you want to store it for a longer time you can store in refrigerate. So do try the recipe and enjoy with your family.

Tips:
- Roast the sesame seeds and other ingredients on low flame else they may burn.
- Since you are using pre-roasted peanuts, roast it on low flame for only 1-2 minutes.
- Before blending all the ingredients together, let them cool well.
- You can add ghee as per your requirement
