Chocolate Cake Recipe : Hello friends welcome back to my new recipe. Today we will make very tasty and extra velvety spongy dutch truffle cake. We will bake this cake without any eggs and oven, in the pan of the house. And the cake which is in it will be extra soft and spongy. And along with it, there are many different flavors in the cake which you will like very much. So let’s start without any delay.

Ingredients :-
For the Cake:
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Chocolate – 50 grams (for melting)
- Curd – 1/3 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
- All-Purpose Flour – 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder – 1/4 cup
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – A pinch
- Orange Zest – From one orange
- Orange Juice – Juice from half an orange
- Milk – 1/3 cup
For Garnishing:
- Dark Chocolate (for melting and decorating)
For Preparing the Mold and Pan:
- Oil – For greasing the mold
- Butter Paper – To line the mold
- Salt – To line the pan (for heating)
- Stand – To place inside the
Keep your mold and pan ready:

To make the chocolate cake, You will first keep your mold and pan ready. So for the mold, You can take 6 inch aluminum mold and greased with oil first and then apply butter paper to it. You can also take any steel utensil.
So after the mold, now you will also prepare the pan. For this, you have to take any thick pan or vessel and put some salt in it. And then put a stand in it and cover it from above. Now let it heat for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Make Dutch Truffle cake:

After preparing the mold and pan, You will make Dutch truffle cake. For which, take 1/4 cup of oil in a bowl. And add 50 grams of chocolate. Now you have to melt chocolate.For a double boiler, you just have to heat it with very little water in a saucepan. As soon as water starts getting a little hot. You will low the flame of the gas and put chocolate bowl of yours on top of it. And now you will continue to stire. And after some time your chocolate will be melt.
Mix the curd and sugar:

Afetr melting the chocolate, You will take a another bowl and add 1/3 cup of curd and 1/2 cup of pwdered sugar. Now mix it well so that this mixture becomes very creamy.
Add dry ingredients:

So after mixing curd and sugar, Now you will put sieve on top of the bowl and add 1 cup of purpose flour, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and a pinch of salt. Now sieve these dry ingredients once so that no lump remains in them. And mix it very light in the same direction. Along with dry ingredients add oil and chocolate mixture and mix it well.
Add the orange flavor:

Today I am making this cake with a twist. I will add a little orange flavor to it. For this, take a orange and remove the skin on top of it by grating it lightly. Remember that only the skin on the top must be removed. After that, you will cut the orange from the center and take out the juice of half its portion.Now You will add your orange zest and seived juice. Now mix it well.
Adjust the consistency:

After mixing everything, to adjust the consistency of the batter. You will add 1/3 cup of milk and mix in one direction. And now your batter will be ready.
Pour the batter in mold:

After preparing the batter, you will pour the batter in greased mold. After that, the pan which you had kept for heating. After this, put this mold in a hot pan and cover it. And bake it on medium flame for at least 35-40 minutes.
Garnish the cake:

After 35 to 40 minutes, take out the cake and keep it aside so that it cools down properly.Now after the cake cools down, you can melt the dark chocolate and garnish it as per your choice. You can make this cake on your children’s birthday or any happy moment and enjoy it.

Tips:
- If you don’t have butter paper, you can dust the mold with flour instead.
- You can use refined oil of any neutral flavor or add butter.
- If you want melt the chocolate, you can use a microwave or you can use the double boiler method.
- If you want you can add a cup of wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour.
- If you want you can skip the orange flavor.
- You can also make the cake in the oven.
