Today I’m share with you how to make the creamiest and most delicious avocado toast. Avocado toast is one of those things that you should definitely make at home. One if the things I love about avocado toast is that it’s not just a healthy breakfast, but it’s really great lunch or an afternoon snack. You can’t make the perfect avocado toast without perfect avocado. There ae two things to consider when picking the best avocado, color and firmness. A perfect ripe avocado is just a little bit squishy.
Ingredient
- Avocado: 1 ripe avocado
- Bread: 1-2 slices of your preferred bread
- Lemon: 1 lemon (for juice)
- Salt: A pinch
- Black pepper: A pinch
- Red chili flakes: A pinch (optional)
Cut the avocado:
First of all, You prepare the avocado. For which, cut and scoop out your avocado. The first things insert the knife into the skin of avocado, and push until you fill the knife hit the seed. Now turn it around and cut it. And take out its seeds.
After that, take a spoon and insert itaround the edge of the skin and just give it a litte scoop out. Take out all the avocados like this.
Mash the avocado:
When you have taken out all the avocados, mash them. For which,
You will mash it with the help of a fork. You don’t want to mash up to the avocado so much that it becomes kinda like a soupy. You definitely wanna leave it a little chunky.
Prepare the toast:
Once you mash the avocado properly, then you can prepare the toast. For which,
First, pop the toast in the toaster oven. When the toast is cooked, a perfect base for your avocado toast will be ready. Which will be crispy and evenly browned. Now, it’s ready for avoado. Take a forkful of avocado and spread it well on top of bread.
Keep in mind: The ratio of avocado and bread should not be disturbed too much, so keep this in mind while spreading it.
Finishing touch:
Now you give the final touch to this avocado toast. Squeeze lemon on the bread first. The really good things about lemon juice with this recipe is that not only does it make the avocado toast taste great, but it also keep the avocado from browning. Now, add a pinc of salt, pinch of pepper and sprinkle the pinch of red chilli.
Serve it:
Now your avocado toast is ready. Now you can serve it like this or you can also serve it by cutting it into pieces. This is a very healthy and tasty breakfast, so definitely add this diet breakfast to your diet.

- You should use a ripe avocado
- Remove its seeds carefully and mash it till it becomes chunky.
- Roast the toast only till it turns brown. Overdoing it can burn it.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the bread.
