We all love chocolate cake because it is light, moist, rich and delicious, so how can any chocolate lover stay away from it. So today we are sharing a very soft spongy chocolate cake recipe made with just three ingredients. These ingredients are easily available in your kitchen and best part is, you do not need any oven or pan or cooker for this cake, rather you can cook it in a regular or normal pan.

Ingredient
- Chocolate Biscuits (e.g., Oreo or any other brand) – 2 packets (approximately 20 biscuits)
- Milk – 3/4 cup (boiled and at room temperature)
- Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon
- Oil (for greasing the mould)
- Butter Paper or Maida (for lining the mould)
- Cream from the Biscuits (separated from the biscuits)
- Milk
Step by step instruction
Apart biscuit and cream
To make this recipe, first take two packets of Oriya biscuits, instead of this you can take any chocolate biscuit of your choice. The number of biscuits in it is 20, so first separate this cream from the biscuits and then keep the biscuits in a separate bowl. In this way the cream will be separated from all the biscuits.
Grind the biscuits
After separating the biscuits and cream, break the biscuits into pieces. Now you can put it in any grinding machine and grind it. You have to prepare a good paste of it.
Mix the grind biscuit and milk:
Your biscuit powder is ready, now add 3/4 cup boiled milk (at room temperature) to the biscuit powder and mix well to prepare a perfect batter.
Prepare the mould:
After mixing the biscuit and milk, Preapre the mould. Take a 4 and 5 inch aluminium cake pain and grease with any oil. Now, line it with butter paper or dust the mould with maida. So that your mould will be ready.
Cook the cake:
After prepare the all mixture and mould, let’s cook it. To make this cake. Take any iron pan & preheated it on the medium flame for 10 minutes.
Before cooking the cake, add one more spoon of baking soda in mixture and mix it well. And put it in the mould.
When your pan is heated, place a ring on it and then place the mould on it. And then cover it with a lid and let it cook comfortably on low flame for at least 20-25 minutes.
After 25 minute remove the lid and Now insert a stick in it and check whether the cake is sticking to it or not. If it is not sticking then it means that your cake is cooked completely. Now remove it from the gas and let it cool down.
Prepare the ice-cream:
While the cake is cooling, you can prepare the cream. Take the cream which you have kept aside(seprate from the biscuit). Whipe this cream for just 1-2 minutes.If you find it dry, then you can add milk 1 to 2 teaspoons. Now your cream will be ready.
Assemble the cake:
After the cake cools down, take it out of the mould. And cut the cake in two layers. For assembling the cake. Place the first layer of cake and moist it with water or you can also use sugar syrup. Now spread the cream nicely. And place the second layer on top. Now you can serve this cake as such without any topping.
Topping & Garnishing:
Before serving, You can use chocolate for final finishing, this is completely optional step. And pour the ganche or any chocolate or melted chocolate. Now place the cake in fridge for 15-20 minutes.So that the chocolate sets properly.
For final garnish, take the leftover cake & crumble it. Add some ganache or chocolate spread & make dough. Now make small round balls. and coats these balls with chocolate. After coatig the balls Place it on butter paper. Now place it in fridge for juct 5 minutes..So that the chocolate sets properly.

You can garnish the cake with these balls & make some sprinkles. Now your cake will be ready, You can serve it and enjoy.

- You can take any types of cream biscuit.
- Instead of a pan, you can also use an oven or a pan to cook the cake.
- Take the cake out only when it cools down completely.
