Salmon Poke Bowl Recipe
Today i am sharing with you a new recipe of salmon poke bowl. Which is delicious, nutritious and best of all, super fast and easy to make.It will taste different every time you eat it. You can make it ready in just 15 minutes whenever you want. The vegetables and salmon present in it are a very good source of protein. It will give you a lot of energy so that you can concentrate on your work. So let’s make this recipe without delay.
Cook the rice:
Every good salmon poke bowl start off with rice. For which first you should cook the rice. You could use any rice that you want. First of all you, take 1 cup of rice and wash it throughly with water. Now take a vessel and add all the rice in it. And to cook the rice add 1.5 cup of water. Give it stire and simmer until the rice absorbs all the water.Now cover it and cook on low flame for at least 10-12 minutes.
Cut the salmon:
While your rice is cooking, prepare the salmon. For which,First you take 500 gram salmon Now cut it length wise and cut it into small pieces which you can eat easily.
Dressing the salmon:
While you cut your salmon in small pieces, dress the salmon. It is too easy. First you add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of chilli sauce for a spicy boos, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, a bit of sesame oil-not too much because that’s quite strong, 1 tbsp of fish sauce and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. And Now, give that a little mix. Just to finish it off, add 1/2 tbsp of black pepper. and mix it well.
Prepare the vegetables:
When you have dressed the salmon well, then you can prepare the vegetables. For this, You will chop 1/2 cup of green onion, chop 1 carrot, chop 1 cup of red capsicum, chop 1/2 cup of red cabbage, chop 1/2 cup of Beetroot.As a simple short cut to the authentic flavour of sushi, You can roll this sheet of dried seawed and cut it into fine pieces.
Add sugar and salt in rice:
When your rice is cooked well then increase the flavour of this rice. For which, Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vinegar to the rice.And mix it well.
Get the salmon poke Bowl Ready:
When your rice, salmon and vegetables are ready then you can ready the salmon poke bowl. For which,
First of all you take a bowl, and add 2-3 big tbsp of cooked rice, 2 tbsp of dressed salmon, chopeed all vegetables and making this special add 1 tbsp of crushed and roasted peanut, sesame seed. At the end sprinkle some black pepper on top.
Now your tasty, tangy and spicy salmon poke bowl is ready.After long day a work sometimes dinner is the last thing on your mind, but in 15 minutes, you have just cooked up some rice and put some stuff together and you have got this beautiful dish that taste out of this world.
