Whose name isCreamy Mushroom with Lemon Coriander Rice. Which is amazing to eat. Which you are going to make easily at your home. So let’s make this recipe without delay
Ingridient
Lemon Coriander Rice:
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large pinch of oregano
- 1 large pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 sliced onion
- 3-4 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
- 1 cup rice (uncooked, yielding 4 cups cooked rice)
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- Salt to taste
Creamy Mushroom:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 250 grams mushroom (washed and cut into half-quarter size)
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons refined flour
- 500 ml milk
- A pinch of oregano
- A pinch of red chili flakes
- A pinch of freshly crushed black pepper powder
Optional Ingredients:
- Mixed veggies (carrot, beans, corn)
- Tofu or paneer
- Cheese (for grating)
- Chicken (for non-vegetarian option)
Lemon Coriander Rice’s recipe:
For this wonderful dish, First cooked the lemon Coriander rice. For which you first,
take a pan and heat it on high flame. When your flame is heat then you put 2-3 butter and 1 tbsp oil in pain and let the butter melt. When your butter melts, turn the flame to low and add 1 large pinch of Oregano, 1 large pinch of chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 sliced onion.
Now increase the flame and cooked the Garlic and onion well untill the onion soft.
Add Coriander:
When your onion and garlic cooked well and become soft. Then you add the coriander and cooked it.For which you first,
Take fresh coriander and clean it throughly with water. Now add 3-4 tbsp of fresh chaopped coriander and stir it little. After stire, turn the flame to low.
Add cooked rice and lemon:
When you stirred the coriander well then you add the cooked rice to it. For which you first cooked 1 cup rice. This will give you 4 cups of cooked rice. And then add it to pain. Also, grade a lemon’s zest and add it. It gives a greater flavor. Once you have added a lemon’s zest. Cut the same lemon and add its juice.Also add salt to taste. Now mix it well, stire it well, coat the rice with all the spices, Coriander, Garlic and onion. And cook it for 3-4 minutes. Once you have cooked rice, then your lemon coriander rice is ready to serve.

When your rice is ready in an easy way. Next you have to make the creamy mushroom.
Apply the tdkaa:
For cooke the creamy mushroom, first apply the tdkaa. To prepared the tdkaa, first of all you,
Heat a pan on on high flame. It’s important to heat the pan. Once the pan is heat, add 1 tbsp of oil. You can use any oil. Once the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic and 2 chopped green chillies.And stir it and cook it a little. You do not have to cook the garlic too much because it’ll cook along with mushroom.
Add mushroom:
When you cook the garlic then you add mushroom and cooked it well. For which, first of all you,
Take the 250 gram of mushroom and wash them throughly with water. Afte washing the mushroom cut the mushroom in half qarter size. Then add the mushroom and a pinch of salt. Now you have cook it on a high flame, stirring occasionally. And you’ll see that the mushroom will start turning brown.First the mushroom will release water due to the salt. Mushroom contain a lot of water, Gradually, the water will dry up and the mushroom will turn brown.By then, you have to cook the mushrooms.
When you see that the mushroom have released water. Cook it further, Once the water dries up and the mushroom turn brown.By then, you have to cook the mushrooms.When you cooked mushroom, then transfer the mushroom to a bowl.
Cooked the cream:
When cooked your mushroom then cooked the cream. For which, first of all you,
In the same pan, add 2 tbsp of butter.Once the butter melts, add 2 tbsp of refined flour.The quantity of butter and flour will remain the same.Now mix it well on a low flame while cooking the flour.It’s very important to cook the flour untill it turns sandy in texture. When you cook the flour well and it gets texture.
Add the milk:
When you cook the flour very well and it gets texture. Then you add milk to it. For which, first of all you,
At this stage, you have to add 500 ml Milk. You can add the milk in 3-4 stages.First, you add some milk.You have to whisk it quickly. You can also use a whisk.Onced it’s mixed, add another batch of milk and continue the process. So that the lumps of the flour don’t form.So you have to add all the milk in batches and mix it well untill you get a creamy, smooth sauce.
Add mushroom:
Once your sauce is ready, then add all mushroon in it and mix it well. For which, first of all you,
Add all the cooked mushrooms and then add a pinch of Oregano, a pinch of red chilli flakes and a pinch of freshly crushed black pepper powder.Now, You have to mix it well and stire it well.And you have to cook the mushroom for 1-2 minutes along with the spices that we added earlier.Once you have cooked it for 2 minute. Then your creamy mushroom is ready.
Serve it:
Now your creamy mushroom and lemon coriander rice is ready. Now you can serve both of them together. Which is very wonderful and great to eat. You can give it in the lunch box and can also make it for dinner or lunch.
